Tee Pony are happy to offer an exchange or refund on all Web Shop orders.

Products must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed.

 

COST

Customers must pay to return all orders.

Original shipping costs cannot be refunded.

 

METHOD

Customers must return all orders using a signed or tracked service.

Please also make sure they are adequately packaged.

 

TIME

Customers must return all orders within 1 Week of receiving them.
